At Iron Eagle Martial Arts, we take your commitment to martial arts seriously. We are dedicated to furthering the personal growth of each student and helping him or her reach their individual goals at any level. We have designed our studio in a way that reflects simplicity, encourages focus, and provides a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere for children and adults.
The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at Iron Eagle Martial Arts:
Traditional Taekwondo Tue+Thur 5:45 pm-6:30 pm
(ages 4-6)
This introduction to Taekwondo utilizes fun and safe scenarios in order to establish a foundation of focus and discipline for this enthusiastic age group. Students will work on developing good habits in preparation for the next step in their Taekwondo training. Uniform is required and can be purchased from instructor.
Traditional Taekwondo Tue+Thur 6:30 pm-7:15 pm
(kids/adults)
Students will begin by learning the basic tenets of Taekwondo, earning their color belts as they advance their skills. Uniform is required and can be purchased from instructor.
Reality Self – Defense Tue+Thur 7:15 pm-8:15 pm
(ages 18+ only)
This training combines elements of Krav Maga, Haganah, and Israeli Self Defense. The student will participate in realistic scenarios and learn how to adapt what he or she learns into a practical application individual to the student.
Sparring/Open Night Friday 6:30 - ?
Additional training focusing on sparring techniques. Students will also have the ability to work on elements of their training in a non-structured class environment with the help of their instructor.
Black Belt Club Friday 6:00 pm- 6:30 pm
FOR CURRENT STUDENTS ONLY. Any student of any rank whose goal is to achieve a black belt may take this class. The student will be taught advanced weapons, sparring, and self-defense. The student will also participate in demonstrations.
Sport Sword Saturday 10:00 am-11:00 am
An exciting program that teaches the art of swordsmanship and sword safety. Students use padded "swords" and are encouraged to have fun and be creative!
Disability Martial Arts Private or class
A program designed for the student with physical challenges. Emphasis is placed on increasing confidence and discovering and utilizing the strengths of each student.
