Class is well planned,
15minutes cardio
Streaching
6 combos and partner drill workout.
Lover it!!!
I highly recommend it!
instructors are very knowledgeable, down to earth and they are there time help you reach your Fitness goals.

Fun, doable,interacting, great environment!!
I just can't get enough from it..
I just love it and tell everyone to do it cause it gets you shape, it keeps in shape and you have fun in the process..
