Great set-up with the mats raised on foam blocks to prevent injuries. Top notch instructors, especially enjoyed seminars from Bill Krieg (black-belt). Built self-confidence with a great group of jiu jitsu enthusiasts. So much fun going to multiple tournaments and winning medals.
