Welcome to TeamKat Martial Arts & Wellness, located in Grayslake, IL, by the Piggly Wiggly. We are currently offering a FREE WEEK!
Our martial arts program is designed to offer a wide range of benefits for men, women and children, ages 4 and up. Our program combines Ryukyu Kempo (Okinawan Karate) and Modern Arnis as well as other styles. Self defense offers students the awareness of their surroundings and instruction of simple yet effective moves to protect themselves in case of threat. Fitness is another benefit. Students work up a sweat while conditioning, sparring, practicing kata and other fun and challenging activities. A creative outlet for expression is enjoyed as students help choreograph routines and then perform them as a member of the demonstration group, TeamKat. The self discipline and character development learned through this program translates to the real world as well. Students gain a positive attitude and knowledge of how to set and achieve goals.
In addition to martial arts we also provide: Cardio kickboxing, Zumba, Personal training, Birthday parties, Special needs clients & more!

Cardio Kickboxing- Tues/Thurs 6:30-7:30pm, Sat 10-11am
