Northern Illinois Wing Chun Academy

Wing Chun is a traditional, Chinese martial art based on the snake and crane styles of Shaolin kung fu. It is a close-ranged self-defense system that uses fists, palms, elbows, kicks, knees, and trapping to control, immobilize, and defeat an opponent. The forms are conceptual in nature, so studying the system may be used as a path towards self-betterment/development. All of the concepts of the system can be applied to one's daily life.
