The Teaching of this Pai Lum Dragon Family Foundation, is of the best of the those that exist in this world; I should know; hehe, i am age 70 having Trained & Taught & Fought for 52 years; being a Pai Lum Dragon since 1977, inclusive, I am the Dragon that got the gift, to live with Grandmaster TienLung Pai 24/7 as indoor student; from 1977 to 1985, (worst day of my life, home in Ormond-by-the-Sea just 3 long blocks to the ocean, was shut down in 1983, yet i was still with him until 1985, when he sent me to chicago to open schools; my 2nd worst day, why would i ever want to leave, is it not so; i am now promoting what our Grandmaster always wished & desired; for his teaching to spread out unto the world; for me it was not a request; it was an order; he knew, i did not know then; I will Train & Teach & Fight . .. until MY Last Breath!

I started learning kung fu here with no martial arts experience whatsoever and loved it! The instructors are very patient and considering for all abilities and are keen to pick up on your positive attributes. They will push you when you need it and but also understand that people practice kung fu for different reasons. It's a good workout and will teach control and perspective. I cannot recommend this school enough and have enjoyed every minute of it.

I've been attending this class for over 4 years. We have two excellent instructors with slightly different backgrounds bu, t the small differences in the two make a great team of varying strengths. Our instructors will work with you to focus and your strengths and improve them as well as work on your weaknesses and improve upon them. Our instructors will find something that works for you and see that you excel in your own niche however, you must remember that what you put in to it, is what you get out of it. Great exercise and learning for the young and old and everyone in between.

There isn't a class where I learn nothing. This school specializes in teaching the art and history of many families of martial arts. It also focuses on the strengths and weaknesses of each type. The Sifus stress defense if at all possible, but how to turn the switch to dominance of the attacker when all else fails. I've been trained in karate and combat tai chi, and the Tao Lung school of Pai Lum kung fu is the most well rounded instruction I've ever seen, focusing on both the external struggle, and more so on the internal. I have been training here for a few months now with my entire family (myself, wife and 3 younger children). I love the enthusiasm of the instructors, as well as their willingness to put in the extra time to teach at the individual level. This program works for the casual attender and the dedicated future black belt!

I have been searching for a martial arts school for quite a long time, and I happened upon Tao Lung's Facebook page. I took a class, and was glad I did! Their instructors have a very good sense of bringing the techniques alive to their students in a fun, friendly and challenging way. The cost? Less than $3. 00 per hour of high-quality help! Recommended for families!
