Learn traditional Southern Chinese Kung Fu, along with a mix of many other Martial Arts in a fun, challenging setting. Tao Lung Kung Fu - "The Way of The Dragon" - is our philosophy and instructing style. Our style is Pai Lum Kung Fu, a southern Chinese style based in low stances, high kicks, chi kung breathing and flowing power. We also teach, Judo techniques, Jujitsu, Police Self-Defense and sparring. Students can start about age 8 and up...come join the fun, learn to defend yourself and get in shape today! Head Instructor is 5th Level Black Sash Rick Starsick, and Assistant Instructor Charles Robert Pickens, 3rd Level Black Sash. Decades of experience.
