The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at Sweet Science Fitness Boxing Club:
Sweet Science Fitness specializes in teaching the art of boxing and fitness to corporate professionals, competitive athletes, men, women and children. "The Fitness of a Fighter without the Fight".
Personal Boxing training and instruction-1 hour personal training sessions daily.
Group Cardio Boxing Classes offered on Tuesday and Thursday 7pm-8pm, Saturday 10-11am
Advanced Boxing Classes- Monday, Wednesday, 7:45pm-8:45pm, 11am-12pm
Sweet Science Fitness Juniors Boxing Program for ages 10-17 years of age. Schedule Monday and Wednesday 5pm-6pm
No contract required for any of our classes or personal training!
