The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at 4.0 Martial Arts:
Little Ninjas (Ages 4 and 5)
This class exposes your child to martial arts training in a fun and playful class setting. At Alliance your child will learn the essential self-defense techniques disguised within action-packed activities. This type of training will help them develop reflexes and the foundations of control and leverage.
Guarenteed student to teacher ratio 4:1
Juniors BJJ (Ages 6 to 9)
Your child will learn the basics of self-defense while also participating in functional strength exercises and cardiovascular activities. All the techniques are non-violent and utilize the power of leverage to establish control.
Guarenteed student to teacher ratio 6:1
BJJ Kids (10 to 13)
Your child will learn the basics of self-defense while also participating in functional strength exercises and cardiovascular activities. All the techniques are non-violent and utilize the power of leverage to establish control. They will gradually be exposed to higher intensity training to help them develop the stamina and character required to succeed in competitive jiu jitsu. Through this increased demand, the students will learn the skills required to persevere through many of life’s challenges.

Adult Beginner BJJ (18 & Up)
This is our introductory class in to the world of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Functional strength exercise, cardio, and an emphasis on BJJ self-defense techniques makes this class a requisite and important classes for all practitioners.
Adult Advanced BJJ (Blue Belt Rank & Higher)
Advance Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Competitors and advanced students make us of this class to hone their technique through controlled and thought provoking drilling sessions.
