We are a Family Academy teaching Filipino Modern Arnis, Tae Kwon Do and Hapkido.
Instructor Patrick Stramka is a Master Instructor in TKD and 2nd Degree Black in Arnis.

The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at Sauk Valley Martial Arts Academy:
Classes are Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday
Kids 8 to 12 4 pm to 5 pm
Adults 13 and up 5 pm to 6 pm
Modern Arnis is a complete Martial Art that is very practical for self defense and easy and fun to learn. We do a lot of weapon training with the rattan sticks. It is very safe and enhances coordination. I have been teaching in this area close to 25 years. You are invited to try class for a week free. Call me today.
