Legacy Martial Arts is a World Taekwondo Federation style dojang with emphasis on competition, fitness, and self-defense.
Master Jane Dillon is a 4th Dan Kukkiwon certified instructor with 18+ years experience. She is a National Poomsae Champion with the AAU, and the reigning US National Weapons Champion with the USAT.
The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at Legacy Martial Arts:
We offer four programs:
Cubs- Ages 3-6 focusing on listening and motor skills, and basic Taekwondo techniques. This class meets Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 4:15-4:45 pm.
Beginners- Ages 7-12 focusing on self-defense, control of the mind and body, discipline and respect, as well as physical fitness. Students belts White-Orange are in this class. Beginners class meets Monday thru Friday from 5:00-5:50 pm.
Advanced- Ages 7-12 This class is for Green Belts and above, and focuses on higher level techniques and sparring. Advanced class meets Monday thru Friday from 6:00-6:50 pm.
Adult- Age 13+ Adult class focuses heavily on self-defense and fitness, and getting your heart rate up. Adult class is much faster paced than the children's class. Adult class is for all belts. It meets Monday, Wednesday from 8:00-8:50 pm and Tuesday ,Thursday from 7:00-7:50 pm.
