Mixed Combat Sports
Individualized and customized classes work around your schedule, which allow you to achieve your fitness and martial arts goals with ease. Mixed Combat Sports offers a hands-on learning experience with no monthly gym fees, contract signing fees, or other hidden fees. Specializations include: Strength training, performance, mobility, corrective exercise, injury prevention, metabolic conditioning, weight management goals, tactical shooting/fighting, safety and security, and customized training. Class offerings include: Martial Arts: Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), self-defense, boxing, sparring, wrestling, kickboxing, and MMA. Tactical Training: Operation, cleaning, law, handling, dry fire, marksmanship, scenarios, and gun safety. Personal Training: One-on-one training sessions and nutrition counseling. This service is provided by our female certified personal trainer and sports nutrition coach who works exclusively with women.

Programs & Class Schedule
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ): Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) is a martial art primarily focusing on grappling and ground fighting. It teaches the principles of leverage and technique to obtain control on the ground, as well as provides a greater position to resolve conflict by using submission holds.
BJJ classes are tailored to fit your skill level, whether you're a beginner or intermediate.
Coach Paris works on technique through grappling, drilling, and rolling to provide you with the tools you need to excel both on and off the mat.
Gi and no Gi options. All ages and skill levels welcome.

MMA: Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) is a full-contact combat sport that allows striking and grappling, both standing and on the ground, using techniques from various combat sports and martial arts.
These are the perfect classes to build or practice your boxing skills through real life drills, bag work, and circuit training. Whether a beginner or advanced this class is designed for you.

Our personal training program is designed just for women so you can feel more confident and strong in a completely judgement-free zone. Sessions are tailored to fit your skill level, goals, and comfort. Our personal trainer also has firsthand experience on how to work around injuries.

Self Defense: Self defense is a great way to feel more confident and secure in your surroundings, learn how to get out of dangerous situations, tactical fighting, achieve your fitness goals, train around your schedule, and hone in on your martial arts skills - from beginner to intermediate. All ages welcome!
