Description of the classes and terms:
Fundamentals Gi class is an excellent way to get introduced into Jiu-jitsu. This is the class you will learn the foundation of Jiu-jitsu. Great for those who are new to the sport!
Kids Jiu-jitsu Program is also an introductory Gi class in which we will focus on fitness, fun while also working on self defense and confidence building.
Intermediate classes will be for those who have been through our Fundamentals course and are ready to start advancing their Jiu-jitsu game! A little more complex and in depth curriculum will be taught during these classes.
Drills/Rolling are live drilling or live rolling.
Reserved for those who have been coming to Fundamentals regularly and show they have a level of self control and respect for their training partners.
Gi is the uniform that is worn during the class.
No Gi means not wearing a Gi. Typically No Gi is practiced in shorts and a rash gaurd.
Private Lessons are just like they sound. One on one instruction or with a partner.
