I have studied several Martial Arts.
And, I am very pleased to be a student at Kokufuku School.
Sensei Burrows is one of the finest teachers I have ever met.
I have been at this school since December 2011, and feel like I am part of a "Family".
Sensei Burrow holds a Forth Degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do, Karate Do, & several related Arts.
I view him as a friend.
This school makes Martial Arts exciting, fun, and still maintains discipline.

As the most recent retired Grandmaster of Choson Do (Choson Kwon Bup Kwan), I have learned over the years the difference between a dedicated martial artist and a wannabee. I watched this young man teach, talk and work with his beginner class Taekwondo students. I am now observing his advanced student classes to see his Japanese/Okinawan based arts and intend to watch his more advanced arts such as Aikido and other arts. I personally rated him as a 5th dan after I saw him teach the youngsters, and later saw that he was still a 4th dan. He is legitimate and charges a pittance compared to the wannabees. The true mark of a Master can be judged by how he treats his young, lower ranking beginners and novices. I earned my own first dan in 1958 and retired as a 9th dan in 1998, so I believe my skills at observing and rating is at its highest level ever.
