To promote quality Martial Arts instruction to the surrounding communities while helping Martial Artists find their true selves through their training. We also invite anyone into our Dojo with an open door policy, inviting any martial arts students from other martial arts schools to attend our classes to broaden your knowledge of the Arts.
Description
Kokufuku School of Martial Arts is a martial arts school that prides itself in quality instruction to people ages 3 years old and above. We are the ONLY Olympic Style Karate dojo in our area. Our Sensei is North Carolinas ONLY WUKO (precursor to WKF) World Champion/ two- time Gold Medalist! The Karate class is just that.... Japanese/Okinawan Karate-Do with Okinawan Kobudo (weaponry) taught in the class as well. Also, basic Judo and Aikido techniques are intermixed with the one-step sparring and self-defense techniques that are taught. We also offer Women's Self-Defense/ Rape Prevention classes and Private sessions as an added extra as scheduled in individual or group classes.
