Very good quality of instruction, good equipment, good sized training area, and the gym is a plus.
But they need to be more organized and consistent. E. G. dress code, putting stuff away, and class content.
The instructor Sensei Micah is very knowledgeable about a lot of different styles of martial arts and knows what moves work in real life and what don't, and he can demonstrate why. There are sometimes volunteer instructors who are specialized in kickboxing or jiu jitsu who will lead the class and teach sport-type moves, so there's a lot of variety. There's a small gym area that you can use whenever you want (while they're open). Gear and equipment could be more organized and the hard to reach corners of the gym could be a little cleaner. But they do have high quality instruction, plus a free weight-lifting gym, for a pretty low price.
