We teach various disciplines of martial arts, including kickboxing, karate, and jiu jitsu. Our focus is on techniques that are most practical and useful for real life self defense scenarios. We offer children's, women's, and mixed adults' classes. Your first two weeks of training is free. After that, membership is $65 per month and $50 for each additional member in a family. A gi is recommended, not required. A protective mouthpiece is required, and a protective jock strap and cup is required for males. Please contact our lead instructor, Micah, if you have any questions. Use of our weight lifting gym area is free to subscribed members.
