Grandmaster Dong's Martial Arts is the oldest martial arts school in the United States. His ciriculium includes 5 different styles with a great emphasis on honesty, humility, patience, diligence, and sincerity. His motto is Thinking Before Acting. He has trained over 6000 black belts and over 33 to master level since 1971. See his website to learn more about him.
