Gotham Jiu Jitsu is offering one-on-one self defense training for men and women. Gotham Jiu Jitsu believes all should know how to defend themselves and be empowered in today's world of violence. Our instructor will come to your place of residence and teach you in the privacy of your home.
Personal instruction will increase your progression two to three times faster than by taking group lessons. The personalized attention and energy of an instructor has its advantages:
1. I will come to your place of residence or office in the morning, afternoon, or evening. We also train outdoors in Central Park, weather permitting.
2. You will have the undivided attention of the instructor. Private instruction allows you to receive 100 percent of the instructor's attention. Therefore, at a simplistic glance, a student taking private lessons receives 10 times as much attention as he would in a group of 10.
