We are a Martial Arts, Karate, Self Defense related Academy located in the Alton Nautilus Health Club. We offer classes for Men-Women-Children-Teens Ages 5-up. We teach TKD, Kickboxing, Grappling, Olympic/Point Sparring and use a Unique Fitness Based Approach. Come and Try out a Free No Obligation Class.

Class Schedule
Tues-Thur 5pm-5:30pm Beginners and Lil Dragons Ages 5-7.
Tues-Thur 5:30pm-6:15pm Family/Mixed Ages 8-up unless approved by instructor.
