We are a non-ego, no gi submission grappling and mma club located inside of the Alton Riverbend's Premier Martial Arts Training Academyl
We compete in NAGA and other BJJ type of Submission contests.
We also work on MMA techniques as well.
The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at Alton Riverbend Submission Grappling Club:
Classes are held on Wednesday evenings from 8pm-9pm after 9pm it is open sparring for anyone wanting to roll. We also have additional classes on certain Sundays from 12pm-1:30pm. Call ahead to schedule a Free Lesson or to see if we are having a Sunday practice.
