I was in the army for 12 years and went through basic and continued hand to hand combat training throughout my army career. I have to say that Mr Delaneys classes are an excellent compliment and continuation of my past training. His combatives classes are very real and up to date with real life situations. I feel confident after his classes that I can defend myself is real life self defense matter.
I want to give a shout out to my Taekwondo Instructor!!!!!

I was 17 when I earned my blue belt. This man right here was the best instructor! Yes this was very long ago that I earned this but as my instructor he is still here to encourage me to keep moving forward in my goals!!!! He was the best and is honestly the best I have known!!!! Even though many miles away. ....HE IS STILL MY INSTRUCTOR. .....He always taught me self control and that's what it's all about!!!! More ways then one on self control. .... This was a fun place to learn and a great experience for my husband and I. My husband is an experienced martial arts guy and for me it's the best way that I've found to learn and stay in shape. Unfortunately we had to move away from the area but I'd recommend it to anyone willing to learn.

I love this place. The atmosphere the students and the coaches are well rounded and amazing to learn from. I trained with Mr Delaney and he helped me win the Holiday classic kickboxing tournament. I'm very pleased with my training!

I would recommend this place to anyone! Such an amazing atmosphere with the best teachers and :-Ostudents. Everyone works hard and learns together. This is the place to be for real street self defense

Mr. Delaney and his staff are the best to learn from in the area. This is not a certificate mill or a belt mill type of school. They have high expectations for their students. They make you feel like part of a family and make it fun to learn.

The CKA is a great school for self defense and the teachers are very informative. They make it fun but challenging.
I highly recommend Wreckage for it's dedication to the arts. Brandon is passionate about what he does and he and his other coach Mr. Olivetti are the real deal.
