Ki Aikido is a martial art that focuses on the way to achieve oneness of mind and body. At the West Linn dojo, Ward Sensei makes an effort to find out why students have come to learn Aikido. He is enthusiastic and loves to show what it feels like to perform with confidence. From grizzled karate veterans to absolute rookies, there is something to gain from training in Ki.
