We are a family owned and operated martial arts school. Martial Arts at The Training Academy is not just about kicking and punching. We take a holistic approach by also teaching our students about healthy nutrition, community service, family values, etc. Our program is family affordable because we believe everyone should have the opportunity to train. By joining our martial arts program for ages 4+, you will begin a journey of one of the most compelling experiences of your life.
Monday nights
6 pm Family Class ages 6+
7 pm Self Defense class - ages 15+
Tuesday and Thursday nights
6 pm ages 4 – 5yrs – Little Heroes
6:30 pm ages 6 – 12 yrs
7:15 pm ages 13+ – Teens/Adults
Wednesday nights
6 pm Family Class ages 6+
7-8 pm Community Outreach class - Free for all ages 4+ (4-5 yr olds will be dismissed by 7:30pm)
