Master David Garrison has been involved in Martial Arts for forty years. He has been teaching and living the disciplined and healthy lifestyle of a martial artist for all that time. He is a member of three Martial Arts Halls of Fame. He has taught Martial Arts for forty years. He is a patient and influential Master. There are studies that show that Martial Arts have a very positive effect on younger children who perhaps can benefit from the mental discipline of Martial Arts. Changes in the life of younger students include grade improvement, (many of Master Garrisons students are honor roll), athletic achievement improves. The best part is the students' improved courtesy, humility, integrity, perseverance, self-control, and indomitable spirit. In short, better citizens for challenging times.
