We are the premier Martial Arts school in The Woodlands. We are located close to the corner of Woodlands Pkwy and FM 2978. We offer Martial Arts for ages 3 to Adult. We also offer kickboxing, self defense and personal training.
The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at The Woodlands Karate and MMA:
Tiny Tigers - ages 3-4 - MW 4:30 - 5:00
Little Dragons - ages 5-6 MTWTh - 5:00 - 5:30
Jr. Tang Soo Do Phase I - Ages 7 - 11 MTTh - 5:30 - 6:15, W - 6:30 - 7:15
Teen - Ages 12 - 15 - MW - 6:30 - 7:30, TTh - 7:00 - 8:00
Adult - Ages 16 and up - MW - 7:30 - 8:30
Kickboxing - TTh - 9:00 am - 9:40 am
