When you walk in you don't realize how big the place is until you step inside. With the cage to your left the giant mat space plentry of heavy bags. Plus the thai pads and focus mitts to use at your convenience. Classes are well structured for every age and experience group. Along with excellent facilities the coaching staff is accredited in all classes taught with muay thai kru status and mma training through team ROC. Now with the only Royce Gracie black belt in the central virgina area the accreditation of a martial art legend is invaluable

This school is great! Troy and Wil are the best martial arts instructors I've ever had! And Mariah is, from what I can tell, an excellent tumbling coach! If you're in the Lynchburg area and don't train with these guys, you're definitely missing out!
I have been in the martial arts for twenty years, and I can say that Troy and Wil are two of the absolute best instructors I have ever seen! Add to that a top notch facility, staff that care, and quality students and you've got a recipe for success! This place is great!
