Sullivan Traditional Arts offers Kendo, the Japanese Way of the Sword, in association with Rockville Fencing Academy in Rockville, Maryland!

Sullivan Traditional Arts offers the only kendo classes in the Rockville area.

Our classes are geared to teens and adults (ages 13 and older) and are designed to teach practical, usable skills, and to be fun! We provide a friendly and encouraging training environment so that you can confidently build your skills! The martial arts are not only good for learning to defend yourself, but are also a great way to stay in shape and build confidence and self esteem. Our classes are beginner friendly, so if you're new to the arts, we welcome you!
