A good place to learn a traditional with a modern approach

I have been taking my son there for some time now. A very structured environment, lots of emphasis on discipline and character development. The instructor puts lots of focus on student development. Not a belt factory. Test once or twice a year and has a very comprehensive curriculum, from ground survival to weapons defense.
One thing I like is the instructor not only leads instructs the class but is right there being an example. He does every exercise with all his students and will not ask anything of his students he cannot do himself. It's rare to see an instructor sweating along side his students
