Super Duper
Sensei Herren is a very versatile Shotokan instructor for students of all levels and all ages. I began training with Sensei Herren at the tender age of 40 after my two boys (ages 7 & 10) had started classes with him and other younger students. I appreciated the dedication to the traditional values of respect and culture that Mr. Herren instilled in all of his students. Shotokan karate is a great form of self defense and discipline. Another terrific benefit is developing amazing core strength and balance, not to mention, an amazing cardio workout! Arigatou gozaimasu.
