Is an United States Judo Association Chartered club. We are now known as SAGA Judo we’re SAGA Combats Judo Team.In judo we teach throwing ,pinning, strangultion and joint locking techniques. Judo is a martial art that teaches a person the concept of maximum efficiency use of mential and physical energy.Judo is for all ages and fitness levels, and it's practical techniques will work in a self-defense situation.
