A great school for real world self defense
After choosing PSF diligently, I have experienced what i had sought out for. That is, first and foremost, an experienced instructor with the knowledge and background to teach and implement his "art" that works and fits my needs/concerns. Sifu Ruben Rodriguez is a humble servant to his craft and very family-oriented. His instruction is well-rounded, highly adaptable, complimentary, and suitable for all ages and genders. So yes, I 100% recommend anyone to come and, at the very least, talk to Ruben about your needs and/or concerns.
