Everything they teach is about actual self-defense and how to apply it in life, I think it's absolutely great
Dan Bluhm’s Premier Martial Arts is hands down one of the best places for Krav Maga and self-defense training in Southern Oregon. The instruction is top-notch, and the atmosphere is positive, disciplined, and welcoming. You can tell right away that the focus isn’t just on fighting—it’s on building confidence, respect, and real-world skills.
The combination of Krav Maga, Muay Thai, and Jiu-Jitsu makes the training practical and effective. Whether you’re a beginner or experienced, you’ll be challenged and supported at the same time. Highly recommend to anyone in Medford, Central Point, or Gold Hill looking for quality martial arts training.
