Great place to train for MMA and Conditioning (cardio)

Been a member for about 5 months and it's been a great place to train. The classes usually start with a warmup and some intense cardio.. really, you leave the class knowing (and feeling) like you've just worked your hardest. The instructors are very through and methodical and everybody gets to work on the techniques which is nice so you don't have to wait say 6 months to learn a triangle or other moves. I joined mainly to get into better shape and learn self defense, but some of the guys there go to real televised fights! So they take it seriously while still keeping it fun. Nice group of guys and girls who are very welcoming to new students I would highly recommend this place to anyone.
