Great Self Defense Seminars

For years my bodybuilder boyfriend and I rough-house wrestle/play. I always end up in an unbreakable headlock position and have to call for mercy!! For the first time after attending MVJ Athletic Training Center's, Self defense class, I shocked my BF by taking him down to the ground and releasing myself from his hold....It was a VICTORY for me and complete shock to his ego!! Knowing that if I could take my BF down, I could also perform this technique in a real life threatening position. Thanks to MVJ Athletic for teaching me the tools to protect myself.
