Been many years and I still remember the techniques

Sensei Scott gives excellent instruction. I remember from 15 years ago and now teach my daughters the basic self-defense techniques. I appreciate the teachers and the dojo so much, even years later. The Sensei and group is caring and there is an emphasis on respect and learning for self-defense, only, instead of wild flourishes that just make a person fall over if one was really attacked. I had to look up the dojo for my daughters and was excited to see it still there. Highly recommend this Sensei and his group!
