Everything is taught here! I mean everything. From hand to hand combat in all the ranges from long kicks to grappling on the ground; from weapons including the 9 foot staff to the short sticks; from the internal to the external; from trying to master a technique to trying to master yourself; from getting a great workout to calming the mind and soul. When you walk through the door of the school, the possibilities are endless.
