When I moved to Rexburg, I really wanted to find a good Martial Arts school. I had studied for a few years back home. I looked and looked. It only took one visit for me to recognize the quality instruction this school maintains. As I continued to train here, I learned faster and better than anywhere I've ever studied, as the instruction was tailored to my needs. I was particularly impressed with Sensei Gilbert. Not only is 20+ years of experience impressive for his age, but I am amazed at the depth of his understanding of the Martial Arts, and of their real life applications. Whether you're looking for traditional styles, or need a place to learn real life self-defense, I would recommend you stop by this school before going anywhere else. Kai-zen! (You'll understand when you go)

This is an art developed by 4 extraordinary teachers who have brought together their best materials from many different styles of martial arts. The best thing about this class is its application we learn real life situational defenses and build a customized "tool belt" of defensive and offensive techniques that is well rounded and applicable. Even if you can only make it out a few times those few times will give you a basic understanding of how to defend your self in real life.

Senshi Jutsu is a great style that you can work at your own pace. They teach extremely useful application to many moves. Even if you think you know everything, They teach that there is always more to learn. If you are looking for a great place to learn new things each week, this is definitely the place to come!

Just after a couple classes, I had learned a TON, and felt much more confident in myself. This class has a great learning environment, and LOT of great stuff to learn.
This school has helped my children learn respect, confidence, and discipline. The instructors are very good about teaching constructive principles throughout the training process. The adult program is also fantastic, making it a great family activity. Highly recommended.
