At The Kihon Kumite Dojo the basics of Karate are stressed for both kids and adults. Building a strong foundation in the martial arts.
Instructor Kenneth Myers has been in the martial arts since 1982. With brown belts in Shotokan, Mabuni Shito-ryu. Currently active with a Shodan in Motobu-Ha Shito-Ryu, and a green belt in Aikido.

The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at Kihon Kumite Dojo:
Classes are Monday, Thursday and Saturday from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm
$25/month
Motobu-Ha Shito-Ryu is the Style taught. While techniques form other style/types that I have learned through the years will be mixed in. Advancement is only in Motobu-Ha Shito- Ryu.
Proud member of Kuniba Kai International, part of the Japan Karate Federation and World Karate Federation.
Starting age is 5 years old.
