If you want you kid to improve concentration, focus, and respect Karate is the best discipline, my 9 y/o attitude changed within two weeks, teachers asked what were we doing different, he'd become quieter, more attempts in class, and respectful. Now, , , , if your diabetic, high blood pressure or just look good and be healthier just go see Becky, she will make you sweat tears, excellent workout and their fees are the best in town.

Thanks guys

Nelson

I have added the bootcamp class twice a week to my normal workouts (running 1.5 mile and strength training 3day/wk). I have been in the bootcamp class for almost a year. I have become stronger and toned the areas that I thought I never could. This class works you hard but the results are rewarding.

When I started boot camp 6 months ago, I could not walk up a flight of stairs without being short of breath. I decided to come to boot camp at the House of Pain because they pay attention to every level - beginners, intermediate and advanced. I was such a beginner! I couldn't even make it through my first class, but with the encouragement from Josh, Becky and everyone else around (yes, they are that friendly) I stuck with it. This past Friday, I ran my first 5k (that's 3.3 miles by the way)! You will not find a more family-friendly and affordable fitness center. In the six months that I have been coming and working out, I have lowered my cholesterol, triglycerides and blood glucose levels to normal limits - for the first time in 20 years! Just tell Josh and Becky your goals, they not only help you meet them, they help you exceed them!

I noticed a change in my three boys not long after they started Karate lessons. They were getting into shape physically, showing nice tone in body appearance. One of my sons has gone on to conditioning training for competition fights after only a year of his training. The experience level of Master Mike Hollobaugh and Sensei Josh Escher is amazing. They both have a deep-rooted background in MMA and kickboxing both with World and State Titles. Just recently, I have begun their Boot Camp classes 4 nights a week. At first, I was worried about joining in with the class as most have been doing it for a while and I was just starting. The instructors helped me ease in and condition myself to keep up with the class in just a week’s time. I now feel so much better about my appearance and myself physically and mentally.
