A school with a teaching format that is well structured,focused and intense. The instruction is top notch. If you like physical contact this is the place you want to be if you truly are interested in self defense.
I forgot to include in my initial review of my plans to do the free trial classes later this month. It is my plan to give it my best. I would like to be selected to study with this group of serious guys.
