I love the fun amazing people at the school. Once you step in the Dojo you are greeted and treated like family. There knowledge is next to none.

Sensei Bennest and his instructors take time to work with you at your fitness level and physical abilities. They gently push you to do more than you ever thought you could do! I love their free women's self -defense classes. What a great gift to our community.

Great training & instructors. Very family oriented.
Love this Karate community. My 2 children have been training here for 2. 5 years and I don't know what I would have done without this place. The character development, confidence and strength my children have gained is priceless. So grateful to have such a welcoming and amazing community for my children to grow in.
