My 15 year old son, has been training with coach for 3 years. He boxes & also is kicking boxing. I have taken classes - started with "dance/yoga" ended up boxing. Go figure, now I am 58 years young! There is something for anyone & any age. John Gaddy has a truly special soul. His achievements speak for themselves. He not one to boast, but this man has the core of a true champion. I could go on. ........ but it is something you must do for yourself. REM
Perfect balance of skill, discipline but, keeps students engaged and knows when to lighten the mood.
