I've trained at other local bjj gyms and Iron & Soul is by far the best. High quality instruction, very clean facility, friendly classmates. Iron & Soul is a Brasa affiliate so if you're interested in competing you have that option but you are not required or pressured into competing.
The mma and kick boxing classes are excellent with having won multiple belts.
