This School Knows Thier Stuff

I have been a student at this school for many years and will continue to be for many years to come. What I really like is being able to cross-train. Certain situations call for different responses. If I am being attacked I can defend myself using Karate; if I need to control a situation, but don't want to hurt the person I can redirect using Aikido and if a fight goes to the ground being trained in Jiujitsu is a must.
The instructors are patient, knowledgeable and eager to help others succeed in their goals. This is a great place to be. Thanks IKA!
