I've been attending Classes almost 4 years. The Instructor is very knowledgeable and detailed in his instruction from your Form and movement to body mechanics to maximize power generation and Effectiveness with flashy or excessive movements. Keeping it Simple and Direct.
Questions are Welcomed. The classes are fun and productive. We go over simulated attacks (Real Live Situations) that can happen anywhere to anyone and ways to counter, intercept or Avoid the confrontation all together, because the best way to survive a fight is to not get in a fight. Its about Street survival. Fighting is the last option but if the fight is unavoidable, in the streets there are No Rules and that is what we train for.
