Although, Instructor Chris has the knowledge and expertise to teach you advanced techniques in grappling, tactical control, and knife and stick training, his R.A.T. course and introductory jkd lessons are NOT intimidating at all and ideal for a beginner.

After only taking his R.A.T. course and and a few semi-private classes, I already feel that I have the confidence needed to defend myself and my family in most "real world" situations. I still have alot to learn, but I'm glad I finally took the first step and signed up. Instructor Chris has an impressive resume and is easy to deal with. He's very efficient with his training and offers the flexibility that I need with a busy schedule. I'm very excited to learn more.

Do yourself a favor, and take a class or two to try it out for yourself. Bring a friend and have an open mind. You won't be disappointed.

Sifu Chris Fernandes provides the most efficient M.A. training experience Massachusetts has to offer. I travel long distances to work with someone of Chris's caliber, as these kind of instructors are hard to come by. If looking to extract your true potential in this area, look no further.

Chris is a smart & caring instructor. He adjusts to the needs as well as the learning style of the student. You get guidance on staying fit as well as true self defense that may save your life. We travel 75 miles each way twice a month, well worth the trip!

I wish I had found this school earlier. I learned so much in so little town. Do not waste your time with karate and even mma classes. Learn how to street fight efficiently!
