Before settling on Evolution Martial Arts, I sampled and seriously considered four other schools in Santa Rosa of varying arts including Tae Kwon Do, Tang Soo Do, and Karate. I came back to Evolution Martial Arts because it has the best organization, schedule, group size, students, and variety of training. The largest factor of my decision and the one that has kept me going with them for over two years are the amazing instructors!

Both my husband and son are currently enrolled in Evolution's Martial Arts Program. The level of respect, patience, knowledge and kindness all the participants (students, instructors and observers) experience in this program is unparalleled. I cannot recommend this program enough. It is a very special place!

I studied martial arts for 25 years, and my daughter has been interested in training since she was very young. She is 11 now, and has really settled into the beginning kids program. The instruction is top quality, the atmosphere is fun, yet it's also no-nonsense and an excellent balance between physical fitness and technique training. I am kind of picky about martial arts schools because of my own background, and couldn't be happier with how Mr. Pellegrini runs the school.

My grandson has been taking lessons from Mr. Pelligrini for over 6 months now and this has made a very positive impact on his respect, self discipline and overall attitude toward learning...he loves the class and looks forward to every meeting..Mr Pelligrini is a terrific role model for the children...he is loving and caring but very firm and has each child work to their highest and best form...this is such a positive experience for a child ...adult too...thank you so much

My eight year old son has been taking Tae Kwon Do lessons from Mr. Pellegrini and his staff for six months and loves it. He asked about martial arts for a long time before I decided to take him, and I'm glad I did. My son has learned self-discipline and respect from Mr. Pellegrini. The fitness and training aspects are top notch. For myself, I began taking the Fitness Kickboxing class and love the results I'm seeing. Mrs. Pellegrini leads a terrific group of ladies through a moderately paced session. The atmosphere at Evolution is friendly and supportive. I recommend it to anyone who has children who would benefit from exercise and a respect oriented martial arts discipline and to all women and teen gals who would like to get fit and have some fun learning self defense moves!

My kids have been attending Pellegrini Martial Arts for 2 years, and I couldn't be happier with the quality of instruction. The facility is clean, the staff is friendly and professional. Mr. Pellegrini is so amazing with the children. I have noticed improvements in my kids' self-confidence and respect. It is so great to watch them taking class and having fun. I started taking their kickboxing class recently and I have lost 6 pounds! I have tried the self-defense class too, it is amazing and I learned so much! I can recommend this facility whether you are a parent or wish to learn martial arts for yourself, this is truly a family martial arts school.
