I have trained at Progressive Fighting Systems DFW for about 6 months and I have been amazed at the amount of practical self defense and fighting techniques I have learned. Kirk does a great job of teaching these techniques and gives you real life instances where each would be useful. This system takes all the best aspects of different martial arts from around the world and delivers them to you in simple, effective movements.
