This is the best school I've been to. They dont charge an arm and a leg and they teach what most schools will not. How to actually defend yourself.
Counter Point Martial Arts in Hubbard Oregon is an amazing school. It is a short drive from Wilsonville and I am so glad that I joined. They have classes available every day and always try to incorporate a variety of martial art techniques. The workout is great.
